The product does not include Canon India warranty information mentioned and also does not specify if the Lens provided with it. 18-135 mm has two types: the older IS lens and the newer STM ones. The STM lens is advanced and silent in operation hence better. Without this important information its misleading and please don't buy this product without confirmation.

very good dslr for newbies like me who just qualified from point and shoot. but fear not its as easy as a point and shoot for beginners. and it will also take you to the next level of photogaphy REGISTERED THE CAMERA ON CANON SITE AND ITS ENUINE AND GOT FULL WARRANTY.

I want to know whether Flipkart is authorized online reseller or not. I was trying to find it from Canon India site but could not find it. As written in the warranty card, the warranty will be valid only if the product is bought from authorized resellers. If FlipKart is not authorized online reseller then it may be a serious problem when claiming warranty for some problems in the product. Can anybody inform me whether flipkart is authorized online reseller or not? And where do I get the proof?
