I am not at all satisfied with this camera from Canon. The performance of 8mp Lumix camera and 12 mp Casio exlim camera which I have used earlier were far better than this. The pics taken at dark are filled with a hell of noise. The pictures do not have the original colour. You can of course get a better camera than this at thi prize. Please don't buy this.

I bought this camera about 15 days back, it looks awsome and is very small/sleek in size. It takes okay pictures in outdoor (under sunlight) but indoor pictures are pathetic. Indoor pictures are very grainy and whites spots are all around. I will not recommend you to buy this if you want preserve your memories with this camera. My old Canon (with lower megapixel and cheaper in cost) took much better pictures. Canon has made this camera very sleek but taken away the core ingredient from this camera and that is picture quality.

Yes I brought it recently and is the latest model of Canon cameras and is extremely great with large number of settings for various modes .It will make the photography experience spices. Overall clear and best photos which i got. So i will say to all the beginners a must to buy....good luck

After a long research on internet reviews and previous canon expirience I bought it on 06.10.12.Its AMAZING in day light..in low light Auto mode doesn't work well..you have to go then programme/low light/other features. If u zoom while VIDEO recording pic will b noisy,otherwise its good.But its optical 5x zoom works well..ITS IMAGE STABILIZER WORKS VERY WELL>>BUT IN PROGRAMME MODE IMAGE STABILIZER MODE DOESNT WORK WELL>>if u print zooming pic u will not see any noise.Its low light mode take 4MP ..in indoor at eve flurosent works nicely..overall its good but not great.Beside auto mode it has so many fetures which will give u nice experiece with photography..its still image is very good.I will give it 4/5.And To canon company i would like to say that its camera case is worst. U have to spend differently for it.Canon should look into the matter.
