Don't buy this TV. I had a terrible experience from the get go when the technician from Jeeves and he didn't have a helper. I had to work with him to mount the TV. Picture quality is poor despite me trying to adjust the TV several times. There were other issues such as the TV switching off sometime, not able to play 4k and also one of the preinstalled app doesn't work. I requested a return and they sent a technician where the flipkart whom I told what the problems are. The technician didn't report the issues properly and Flipkart customer service and said they will send another technician over! Just too much hassle! Not worth it. Update: The TV is malfunctioning now! When I start the TV, the logo come on and it gets stuck. After several attempts when I switch on, start watching TV, it sends me back to the home screen. Regret having bought this TV and wish I had bought a branded TV :( Will update later. Next Update: It has been three days since I complained to Cloudwalker about the issue but yet the TV is not repaired. The clueless technician said it is a "software" issue but didn't do anything to fix it. Buyer Beware Another update: Another technician cam and said there is a motherboard issue and it will be fixed in 4 days. 4 days passed and nothing has happened. I called Cloudwalker and they cannot give me a date saying the "part is not available". No communication for Clouwalker side! Very frustrating. I called Flipkart as well to help resolve this issue because I had complained an issue during their ten day warranty period. Unfortunately, no help from Flipkart as well. Buyers, beware don't buy from CLOUDWALKER TV on FLIPKART! Learn from my experience. I should have bought a branded TV :(

i received this tv yesterday remote of tv is not working not responding no response from flipkart and cloudwalker also whom do i consider this also dontknow please help to fix this issue or return this this tv

Average product with avg refreshing speed I.e 70Hz . There is bit slightly noticeable lag while playing fast moving motion HD video. Rest features like audio and video clari,y is good for the price . I would recommend this product if the user is not into any exclusive gaming like Xbox and PS etc. Else its a good find .

Within 2 day after ordered i received my led..As of now in first impersion was v.gud..display quality very gud..user interface was excellent..sound also ok...60htz refresh rate also gud...air mouse remote is excellent.. in some how processor or ram little low due to that speed not that great..but in this price range this led is awesome .i have only one concern why 3rd party people came for instalation and for demo..why cloudwalker team or employ not come..even 3year back i purchased micromax led ...even in mmx his staff only came for instalation...well nyways thjs is only the first impression..hope led will stable or durable for long years..hopefully no technical problem will occur soon...

This TV is good only con is there isnt any audio while mirroring and wifi needs to be in close proximity with tv else internet will be too slow. Rest of tge things are cool, Ultra Hd videos are running just fine and m amazed with the product.
