Terrible service by Flipkart as well! Paid for. 2018 model and got a 2017 model. Flipkart will take 8 days to clean up the mess it’s created and make its consumer sufffer! Flipkart also refused to refund and now I am stuck! Suggest you buy from any other channel or ecom portal but avoid Flipkart. Horrible!!

I placed an order for this product 2 units, on 19th April, received it on 20th. They delivered a 2017 model 3 star rated instead of a 3 star 2018 rated A.C, that they have listed. With the change in efficiency norms for 2018, a 3 star rated 2017 A.C becomes a 1 star in 2018. Being aware of this norm, i applied for replacement of the product at the time of delivery. For 10 days, I kept on being harassed by the customer service department, having a daily call with their customer service department, explaining my case everyday. Today, I got a call for delivery of the replacement. I asked the delivery guy about the model, to find out that they have again sent the same Nov. 2017 manufactured 3 star rating 2017 product. I was furious. Called the service department and refused to accept the delivery and asked for a refund, to which they made it mandatory for me to accept this product and then apply for the refund. I have no assurance of whatsoever whether they will provide the refund or not. They are scamming people with such listings supporting the schemes of there vendors to dispose off their old stock. Please don't get duped by them and don't buy this product. Its been a disaster to deal with there customer support along with the inconvenience of dealing with this hot weather without a.c's. I am moving this case to a consumer court in charges of false information and harassment.

My room is around 144 sq ft and this unit chills it in around half an hour. Very good and satisfied deal. I found some negative reviews for the seller but i really want to appreciate that i got a genuine listed current year product . Thanks!!!

2017 Mfg product delivered against 2018, Flipkart response was not great in resolving the issue. There customer care executives are not completely knowledgable to handle the queries. Replacement was approved after installation of the old product. As time is every thing and not ready to waste more time in reinstallation and installation again forcibly accepted the older mfg product. Very bad experience on this purchase.Ecommerce is not right place to make big purchases.
