the delivery of the product was on the very second day of the order, but installation was horrible and this installation is not even done by daikin people, rather this is installed by another company (jeevs). they charged me 5350 for the installation for a 3 mtr distance from indoor unit to the outdoor unit. the worst opart is even after paying so much of money the installation was not complete , and they said call daikin for further demo. when i called daikin they said w s retail and flipkart are not authorised to sale daikin product , and jeev the installation company is also not authorized to install the daikin ac , so they said the warrenty is void now and daikin will not cover the warrenty. flipkart on its website says that daikin will cover the warranty which is a lie. for the fast 7 days i have been calling flipkart but they are not solving the issue , they keep on asking for one more day to solve the issue but till date nothing is been done .never expected this sort of service from flipkart .

I have bought it on 2nd of May. After receiving the product i contacted Daikin for installation, i got to know that Daikin does not entertain any warranty for E commerce purchase. I do not have any idea how to go about it. I feel its a wrong communication from Flip cart about Warranty terms and conditions.

I bought this from WS retail ,the shipping and the delivery was very good. About the product It works as expected with less noise ,and power cooling is very effective. However,the installation is very costly ,I end up paying 5200 INR just for a 3m distance between compressor and Indoor unit.I felt like I was cheated by the service guy. They claim that Daikin wont even provide power cables to the unit.It is all charged extra.Give a thought before you go for this brand . I am giving 3star just because of extra accessories and installation charge.

Flipkart have mentioned that there is 1 Year Comprehensive Warranty from Daikin, Additional 4 Years on Compressor. But Daikin clearly says that no warranty privided if you buy onilne. My installation is not dont yet. so thinking of returning it.

The product was delivered in good condition and on time. I would say its very early to say about its performance since i bought this product just a week back, will update more comments in coming months. My electricity bill charges holds key for this product. But anyone considering "Daikin", hold your thought for a second in terms of Installation cost. They charged me exactly 5850 for the complete installation. This is way too expensive comparing its competitors. So if you are ok with this additional 6k amount, then go for it. Giving low rating now since installation process was not transparent and people who installed just throw up higher cost on all materials compared to market rate. so giving just 3 star for this product.
