I bought it, and very soon its battery got draining faster... I submitted it for repair and and I waited for more than a month for reply from any of customer care or service centre guys, but I did not get any reply from them. I called for several times and then I mailed my problem to customer care. Then, I was told to contact service centre, again I contacted, and I was told the spare is going to cost me Rs.3200/- which was shocking to me. the tab I bought for Rs. 3999/- was asking me for more 3200 bux under warranty period. That means, I have bought this product for 7200/- isnt it,,,.?? in this price I could have brought quite good tab in the market.n.n.nThis was worst ever experience I had in my life.n.n.nDatawind, you deserve my spit on your face.n.n.nGuys, if you want a pathetic electronic experience, then I would suggest you to instantly buy this product.n.nm1m to Datawind.n.n.n.
I got this tablet some 3 months back. It a good tablet at this price but having some glitch into it likenn1) Though it is having Automatic network function, It is not useful since everytime I have to change the network manually in roaming circles.nn2) 2G internet is very slow or useless(I am using Airtel 2G services which was very fast on my previous samsung galaxy fit), finally i have updated my software using WI-FI. Wi-Fi signals are also not strongly received on the Ubislatenn3) Games like temple run and temple run 2 does not work on this device, basically the tilt function is not working in this device so it is useless to install temple run and temple run 2. Games like Zombie highway and Raging Thunder 2 can be played using accelerometre(tilt function). But it is not working for temple run and temple run2. I have checked all the possible settings but it didn't work at all so I finally uninstalled this games. Subway surfer (all series) games ddo work well when the character is running slow but when the character speeds up, graphics does not work smoothly and screen responses very slowly.nn4) Whats app does not work on this Tablet which is a bigest draw backnn5) Software like software cable transfer and direct transfer which uses wifi for huge file transfer on micromax and samsung is not working on this tabletnn6) Battery life is also very poor nn7) Game like CSR racing works very smoothly. nn8) front Camera is good for internet chattingnnFinal Conclusion:This Tablet is good for reading ebooks only and not for gaming or document purpose
