The delivery from flipkart was good, especially the retailer WS Retails is superb. I got my product in two days time, it has been 4 days since I got this laptop. As mentioned on the flipkart this laptop has two RAM slots, so I ordered additional 4GB DDR3 RAM along with this laptop from flipkart, so that my total RAM will be 8GB, which will be good enough for me to get my work done easily. However, after receiving this laptop I found that it has only only slot for RAM and it already contains 4GB DDR3 RAM; my additional RAM is useless. The laptop itself is useless for me, since the amount of work I do requires at least 6GB of RAM. Now I am out of options on how to proceed. I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH FLIPKART!! AND I NEED A SOLUTION FOR MY PROBLEM!!!!!!!! Pros: 1- display is good 2- laptop sets up quickly and easily, i faced no problem in setting up the laptop. It took an update of about 1GB after the set up process. 3- battery backup is good, lasts for around 4-5 hours if you are surfing the internet constantly. 4- keyboard is easy to use 5- boot and shutdown time is fast. 6- touch-pad supports many gestures, it makes navigation in the windows very easy. 7- face recognition feature works like a charm. 8- McAfee antivirus is good, helps protect the laptop easily. Cons: 1- the outer casing is not so durable, you can see the distortion in the screen when you press a little on the back side of its lid. 2- the material of the casing is such that it catches fingerprints and dust easily, it starts to look dirty only after an hour of opening the box. 3- touch-pad is not of good quality. 4- the laptop hangs in between when doing heavy work like file installation, etc. (It needs more than 4GB of RAM if you want to do some work while installation process is going on) If you plan to buy this laptop I would suggest to keep in mind that you will have to take good care of the laptop from physical damages, especially the lid. Other than the outer casing of the laptop everything else is good, I don't think you can get any better than this at this price range and at this point of time. So, if you are sure that you can protect your laptop from physical damage, then go for this one.
