I order a Red Dell Laptop on the 6 December, 2014 12:22 PM for Rs 23,498 as a gift for my Mother-In-Law who lives in Tamil Nadu; however the Grey Laptop received was priced only RS 19,000 on Flipkart's site. I was asked to use the laptop when I contacted FlipKart and Flipkart promised to escalate the issue and look into it. I travelled to Udumalpet from Bangalore and gifted the laptop to my MIL - I spent about 5 hrs installing the New OS, New Apps, transferred info from old laptop, etc,. Flipkart's escalation team called and blew my face off by refusing to adjust the money; however asked for the product to be sent back to get a full refund. I travelled back to Tamil Nadu from Bangalore, picked-up the laptop that my Mother-In-Law had started using and sent it back. I seriously wonder how a company like Flipkart can conduct bussiness this way. I am just glad that I at least received my money back. Every time I contact Flipkart - I would be given a turn-around time to callback, say in 4 days before 11 AM- Flipkart at every instance kept me hanging without any updates until the 4th day-11 AM. Why does it take 4 days everytime I call and why keep customer's hanging with anxiety until the last minute? IT HAS BEEN A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU FLIPKART - I will now purchase another laptop elsewhere, wait for days for that to be delivered and then I will install apps, OS and bla onto it. - Thank you for valuing the time of your customer's - Why does one do online shopping? Because it saves time and it has not been my experience with FLIPKART.

Seems good configuration. AMD processors are good enough. Cost is less due to the fact that it doesn't have windows and processors are AMD. Looking forward to buy this product in a month or 2.
