The machine is full of bugs, the dell support has told me not to update windows or any thing else as it is not compatible. In 3 months of ownership I have spent more than 24 hours on support calls, the wifi died, the machine gets stuck in sleep mode, the display randomly crashes, the screen has been replaced....
I have given it 5 stars it it wasnt for the HD screen . The colours are washed out a little bit . after coming from a Full HD screen laptp it takes a little time to get used to but it makes it with its sleek looks aluminium body and amazing battery life ... battery life - 7.5 hours of typical of mixed usage .. performance - could have been better with an SSD but you get wha u pay for . Advice - increase the amount of virtual ram to 12GB u would never face a problem with it . Flipkart service - Is always a pleasure to deal with u flipkart .
