LISTEN UP PEOPLE! If you are thinking of getting an alienware product FORGET IT! Its not engineered properly and you will have issues FOR SURE. I spent my 2 YEARS worth of savings on an alienware laptop and it broke 10 DAYS OUT OF WARRANTY. The cpu failed, dell refuses to do anything and asks me $500 to replace it again on JUST A YEAR OLD $2000 LAPTOP again remember JUST 10 DAYS OUT OF WARRANTY. I pleaded to them in the best most polite way possible, they do not care about you, once the laptop is out of the store it's your damn problem. Dell does not care a bit about the customer all they care about is their money. DO NOT BUY ALIENWARE! If you doubt my story then just drop me a message and I will give you all proof.
