Such a bad service by flipkart i have never seen till now. customer care team is behaves very badly and gives false promise. this laptop is very worst laptop. Whatever processor/configuration/models it may have but the heating problem is same.it heats like hell. Due to this heating, after 5-6 min it starts hanging, can damage the internal parts of the laptop too, Due to this excessive heating the laptops shuts down directly. Dell products are just to deceive the public.i'm totally unsatisfied with DELL laptops. im requesting you guys please dont buy this product.
Everything is just phenomenal like hd led display, sound, ram, processor etc. Perfect for home usage. If you are looking for a long lasting laptop for your home, this is the one.
Dell laptop is bad. Don't buy it beacuse it will be dead after 2-3 years and you have to sell it for 1/5th of amount you spend. Go for dell only if 1. you can spend time on service center for motherboard, display and mother heat problem 2. You can buy extend warranty for every year 3. you use for browsing purpose and not for regular use 4. you dont want resale value of your laptop 5. you have time and money I faced a problem thats why i put here. i am not able to explain my experiance since flipkart is not accepting the content i put in the other site consumer complaint sites. Don't think that i am the only one facing this issue. Two of my close friends faced problem, One of my friend display is dead because of heat another friend mother is dead. Battery will come for one year after wards battery will stay for 15 minutes alone.
Its 3rd gen PDC which is working withou any lag because of 4 gb ram....i think i've got a power machine....good textures and bright screen...love this product...worth it...
everything seems ok as i am using it for the last 15 hrs nothing bad happened ram makes this machine faster it is a dual core 3rd gen pc decent for doing day to day work rest everything is in future shall write if anything noticable comes up .... worth what i paid for.. only thing i want to say is plz make a backup while unpacking when it says "create dell recovery media" as you may need it anytime as i updated it and everything worked fine except for the internet connection and as i used the backup everything was as good as new so please update to see if you also get this problem b4 installing any other software so that you dont end up loosing all the data afterwards if any ouestions write me at aatish420@yahoo.com will be happy to answer any question if i have the answer ......
