Vendor has shipped 2nd hand Laptop (as per Dell call center records) , when it reached me i had only 2 Months warranty , Keypad had major problem .nI suggest not to buy through Vendor & Flipkart ( As flipkart should responsible )
Product is US registered , it does not have warranty in India . Keyboard is faulty, and flipkart trying to fix the issue it's already 3 weeks they are unable to resolve issue , never buy from flipkart.

I have bought a Dell laptop Inspiron .from Flipkart .Now i come to know from Dell Service center that my notebook ownership doesn't belong to INDIA. I found myself cheated when we can't get the support from a company like flipkart. nI am contacting their service team from one & half month & your response is still the same "we are working on it" .I am goind to file a complaint in consumer court that you don't have any checks for the quality assurance.nnThey sell UAE ownership products.nnnTHIS IS THE CASE OF CUSTOMER DISSONANCE.nSICK
