This is a very good product from Dell. No other laptop is available in the market with this configuration at this rate. It is very much recommended for students. Obviously flipkart is playing a major role in the rate, i compared across different website.
Over all performance of this laptop is good. Keyboard should be better, keys are not strong as other dell models.
I PLACED REPLACEMENT REQUEST WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME. THE REPRESENTATIVE AT CUSTOMER CARECOMPLAINTS ASSURED THAT THEIR REPRESENTATIVE WILL VISIT MY PLACE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE ON 14TH 12.30 PM. ON 14TH I RECEIVED ANOTHER MESSAGE THAT THEY WOULD BE SENDING THEIR REPRESENTATIVE ON 16TH JULY. TODAY I AM SURPRISED TO SEE THAT "YOUR REQUEST IS REJECTED-TIME EXPIRED".
