I purchased this laptop from flipkart. Delivery was very fast but the product was very cheap. When i ordered this laptop, it was 30 days return policy from flipkart. But suddenly these cheaters they change the policy from 30 days to 10 days.My laptop stop working after 12th day of purchase. Service from Dell was also not that good. The engineer was not aware of the problem. They were doing some hit and trial method to solve the issue. In the end, dell was ready to replace the whole laptop. The entire process took one month. Dell service was still fine. But these flipkart people they are cheaters. It's a cheap company. Never ever purchase anything from here. Very bad experience. Better go and purchase directly from market or order from some trusted company like Amazon. Flipkart people you are cheap and disgusting. And i don't want any of yours coupon to review this purchase because i am not going to purchase anything from you in future.
I received the product within the time flipkart shared with me when i placed order . Unfortunately , i received a defective product with a bright pixel on the laptop screen . As it was the problem with DELL after getting the confirmation from DELL about the defect , Flipkart replaced the laptop . Happy with the product and very much happy with flipkart for keeping their . Thank you

Well I don't know where to start. This was my highest online purchase ever. 35000 is not a joke. I did the payment from debit card. I got the delivery on 24 December 2016. Was pretty excited to work on my new laptop. But what happend is the laptop did not turn on from the day 1. It was turning on when adapter was plugged in. The battery was faulty from day one. I tried to return the shipment as I did not use it at all and it was 1st day of laptop. Why will someone keep a faulty piece from day one after paying 35k? The seller did not accept the return or replacement. I tried to knock doors of flipkart. They said issue will be solved on 27 December. Nothing such happend. They said we are not able to connect with Dell. After that spending 5 hours on call I reported the issue to dell people. They scheduled a battery replacement as battery was faulty from day 1. Till now it's working fine but I don't know wat will happen in future. The worst part is no support was given by flipkart or the seller. TI would never recommend buying a laptop from flipkart to anyone. Thanks
