This is a moderate in function as dual core processor. RAM is 6GB & ROM 1TB as high memory capacity. Windows 10 works perfectly. Processor speed is 2.4 GHz so awesome. No other laptops are present in market with same features in Rs. 28989.00.
I don't know , that this product is better or not. Please help me someone, because i am purchasing the first time
The seller is absolutely careless. Laptop box was loosely packed inside a big box with no cushioning. Thanks to Dell's packaging the laptop reached safely. I picked it up from Flipkart warehouse and opened it in front of the owner while video recording the whole thing. This seller is careless and I've read poor packaging reviews below as well. Request Flipkart to audit them and levy some penalty for bad packaging. I can provide the video recording whenever required. I've never rated any seller this low. It's disappointing to see Flipkart's quality declining.
I want to buy it. I need opinion and review from the customers who owns this, ASAP.
Dont buy any laptop from flipkart, I have received defective product...flipkart and dell both are denied for any support and not given any solution...flipkart also denied for replacement / return...very bad customer support service....dont expect any refund/replacement from flipkart if u received defective product... they are not providing any solutions also...no technical help provided by them.... Very slow processing speed....touch mouse pad not working properly....software and hardware related issues....heating issue....RTC accuracy test failed.... Dont Buy any laptop from flipkart........ Dont purchase Dell Laptop...
