False advertisement. Contacted DELL and they clearly specify this product with Ubuntu OS and No pre-loaded MS Office since they originally had not shipped Windows 10. Flipkart vendor has installed Windows 10 on their own (not sure if it comes with proper license), and no MS Office 2016 as promised. They also tried shipping a 2.GHz processor laptop which i found and returned promptly post which, they shipped a 2.3 GHz processor, but still without MS office. The original product with Ubuntu OS in DELL, is way cheaper than this fabricated piece of product.
The OS is duplicate and poor services of flipkart. I have applied for return the product but nobody came to pick up it. Totally rubbish useless.
