I just purchased & got it today,as of now didn't get chance to explore all the options,but at least below comments I can give; 1. Packing: Very Good 2. Laptop color & condition when received: Color is good professional,condition is perfect while received 3. Fingerprint locking option is there rest comment I can give once dig down all the functions.. :) . . . 4. the quick start guide received with the product is not that much informative & in details.: worst point 5. during initial set up we need to guess some information while input,really no step step guidance is there,for everything you need to contact dell customer care. : very bad 6. for my case while asking for the hard drive partition guidance,customer care team member told that this is kind of software issue which will be taken up by charging additional amount.My point is that here we want to know about the initial set up,Laptop is completely new,so how it became a software issue ,for which we need to pay extra amount. Very bad 7. Dell & Flipkart should arrange some good poc(point of contact) for the initial start up guide,with complete details.otherwise we will be screwed up with dialing customer care numbers with no idea what to do & when to do....this is really a frustrated issue for a customer with less or medium experience on the system & hardware area.
Product seems to be good but instructions provide are not clear during installation. Other than that product is pretty good and Flipkart services were good.
