Got this in October '15 from a Dell Store. Product did come with some issues which have been fixed on the way( 2 Motherboards, a heatsink, speakers, and a 240W adapter). All these are free since these are part of warranty. Aftersales wise best brand for a gaming PC coz service is pretty easy. Cool running laptop 50-60 degrees C avg. My motherboard upgrade gave me an i7 4720HQ. Battery lets u play less intensive games for upto 2.5hrs. There is no point in going for a 4K display since no mobile GPU can handle 4K on GPU intensive games. RAM - DDR3 and DDR4 make no difference while gaming. Pros: GTX 980M handles everything with ease Amazing 1080p display Good Battery backup ~6hrs Nice keyboard Doesn't Overheat Cons: Never got 5th Gen Processor 128GB SSD is too low for the price 5400rpm HDD is lazy
