if you buy this product you have to change the operating system because ubuntu is not supportive to many application and if you are not familiar it is a head pain, battery power is very less only three hour and MOST IMPORTANT IF YOU LIVE IN HYDERABAD DON'T BUY DELL BECAUSE TI'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORST IN HYDERABAD I GIVE ONE RATING FOR WORST DELL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FLIPKART POOR RESPONSE ON COMPLAIN. FLIPKART IS GOOD FOR SELLING BOOKS NOT SOFTWARE ,COMPUTERS ,MOBILE OR ANY ELECTRONICS ITEMS VERY DISAPPOINTED

I bought this laptop before a week.I am a music lover and by profession a software developer.I have tested it at various parameters and i personally felt that its worth buying. Key features: - Large 15.6" Anti-Glare Display gives you comfort while working.(+5) - Processing speed is too good as it comes with intel core-i3(2328M) processor variant.(+4) - Quality of speakers is awesome...so for music lovers like me its also a good choice....(+5) - Design is quite attractive and top of the laptop(Backside of LED) is rubber cotted thus scratch proof, as per as the design is concern it deserves (+4) So i strongly suggest this if you planning to buy one as none of the other laptop comes with this configuration at this rate.

I bought it today for 28000 from local vendor, and I was impressed with all the features it offered, in short, quite good laptop for medium users, 500gig/2GB ram sufficient for carrying out all mid work/gaming/net surf usage. 15.6" display, Rough-tuff looks are things that I liked. Cons: Screen doesnt look as vivid as in HP/Acer. else its worth having for such a price.

Received my laptop in just four days, so, full marks to flip kart for home delivery. Dell Vostro 2520 comes with ubuntu so if are not familiar with it you are going to suffer a lot.you have to get windows installed yourself along with all drivers; so, here It really hurts. Product body and overall look of the laptop is good. Bluetooth speed is good. Battery lasts for max 3 hours its okay. I am facing Touchpad issue and looking for flipkart service see how it performs; will update about their service quality. Flipkart service is only VERBAL they will only assure by words but won't take actions but the retailer is GREAT, he called me up and asked me return the defective one receive the new product however the need did not arise as there was a problem of earthing not the touchpad; after visiting DELL SERVICE CENTER I CAME TO KNOW.

in my opinion it would be worst to take the dell laptop because their warranty is actually useless (with next day onsite support) i bought 15 dell laptop out of this 2 were actually restarting. first day: shutting down problem second i called dell people and they asked me do something on phone and i did it third day: still the same issue fourth day: i sent the laptops to dell service center 6th day: motherboard replaced and got the laptops back 9th day: same problem, called once again spent 45 mins on phone 10th day: same issue another 1.5 hr gone on phone but still they are not sending tecnician on phone and the manager in center behaves like that he is a customer. still i am facing the same issue conclusion: if u are buying dell laptop because of their fast service (as it use to be earlier) then please dont buy the dell laptop
