I had ordered a Dell Vostro 2520 Laptop (3rd Gen Ci3/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Win8). As an after thought I inquired from Dell India what they had to say if I were to buy it from them directly and not from Flipkart. With the mention of Flipkart they charged on me with full fledged Negative Propaganda, stating that : I would not be getting a genuine machine The OS would be pirated The hardware will not match with the original configuration The machine would not be from India Dell Warranty would not be applicable There would be lots and lots of problems The machine would be more than 1 year old The Dell guys advised me to buy it from them rather than from Flipkart. When I asked them to give these things in writing along with their quotation they refused. When I asked them to make public their prices on their website they refused. When I asked them to provide me the data of complaints with the name and contact details of such buyers they refused. Enough to arouse suspicion against Dell India into any educated mind. I wrote to Flipkart about it and they promptly mailed me in writing assuring me that the Laptop would be Genuine with factory loaded OS, Un Tampered and Dell Factory Sealed, with a 2013 manufacturing date. To my surprise I have received a JULY 2013 machine from Flipkart's W. S. Retail. . . Dell's another lie got nailed. The above experience is against healthy trade practices and against the laws. Dell should understand that if any shortcoming is found in the Laptop then not only Dell India but also the reseller is bound by Indian Laws to settle the grievance and also culpable under other sections of the law. No one can escape. It's about time that things became more transparent at Dell India. Buyers beware of such tactics by an entity who is stooping so low and indulging in such negative propaganda against other entity for their own means and benefits. The propaganda should be verifiable. The above incident is true and I stand by it to testify.

I hope Don't believe that this guy will always mention that 2-3 business working days is delivery time for all the laptops. and tracking details showing on the flipkart page is not at all correct details. item shipped and with time they will mention and i we call to customer care and findout the details then they will say that it unfortunately some issues with item so we are arranging another item and delivered to you. on that Flipkart will try to convience the people that wait for another two days and if we call after twodays, they will say that we are learing what went wrong ,please allow some more time for the delivery. All the raitings and Feedback is not able to post.

Please do not buy any product from flipkart [WS Retailer Bangalore], I have very bad experience from the online site and vendor. i have ordered Dell Vostro 2520 Laptop (3rd Gen Ci3/4GB/500GB/Win8) under 12 months EMI from HDFC Credit Card. I Have received Dell Vostro 2520 Laptop (PentiumProcessor/2GB/320GB/Ubunto OS) but the tax invoice was received as per the item ordered. We people only see the tax invoice content and signing on courier delivery slip, but after checking we found totally different item. Now i am facing to much problem to replace the existing item. Still i am communicating for replacement but not a single call is received either e-mail revert from site.

People who are facing problems like Os, or hardware something like that, Flipkart is not responsible for this at all. You will have to contact dell directly. Dell Inc. is responsible for any software and hardware issue not flipkart.com Just make sure that you just have express service code or Service tag no. with you. thats it. Call dell,share your express service code on ivr or Service tag no. A guy will come to at your from dell after doing the remote assistance. If your problem is genuine, that guy will sort it under warranty if any. nnSo there is no point talking about flipkart's fault. You got the product on time and in a better price. I have buy the Dell Laptop on 29-jun-2013, and suffering.do not believe them, after buying the product, the customer care will use the rough word, if ask for service. Please Take Care After buy on 29-jun-2013, till I am suffering. I have called to the customer care(Flipkart), thay are not provide any solutions, but they use many rough word, they told that they are not responsible for OS issue, and they told," before buying you should know the terms and conditions. Finally my mistake for buying the product". My problem is the OS issue ( Window 8). Don't waste your money for buy the online product., Thanks. Subash
