The multilingual film Boo, written and directed by Vijay, has a haunted house storyline that is hackneyed and overused. There are screams, jump scares, creaking doors, and flickering lights. Rakul Preet Singh, Vishwak Sen, Nivetha Pethuraj, Megha Akash, Reba Monica John, Manjima Mohan, Vidya Raman, and Prudhvi Raj are among the performers who make the movie strong, not the plot. The talented cast puts in respectable performances. Rakul Preet Singh portrays Kiara, the main character, who is a hyperactive girl who is either giggling uncontrollably or crying in terror. Vishwak Sen plays a more subdued paranormal researcher as Akash. Megha Akash, Reba Monica John, and Nivetha Pethuraj all do a good job in their roles. The novel's components work well together, but the moments involving these four friends in the haunted home might have been written and performed better. Nevertheless, the soundtrack and graphics are evocative. Anthony did the editing, Sandeep K Vijay did the cinematography, and GV Prakash Kumar composed the music for the movie. It is a straightforward horror movie that doesn't take itself too seriously overall. It's amusing and ridiculous in equal measure. The movie is not for you if you're seeking for a nice fright. However, if you want to see a scary movie with your pals, go ahead.
