The film is about five children who live in a lunar mining colony. They decide to explore a strange crater they find one day. They encounter many obstacles on their way, but they also discover a lot about themselves and each other. Positive lessons of courage, cooperation and friendship are prevalent throughout the film. Although the plot has some implausible parts, overall it is a cheerful and motivational story that will engage viewers of all ages. I think "The Crater" was a fantastic movie overall. You will have fun during this pleasant and exciting trip. Plus, it's a touching and motivational story that will make you feel great. Anyone who appreciates sci-fi, action, or sentimental movies should definitely see this. Yes, there's a lot of ridiculous stuff, but it's just a movie. It's a movie that's really optimistic and compassionate, and they get a lot of things right. I may have enjoyed the experience as a child, but even as an adult, I found myself smiling the entire time. I liked it.
