Story
Dot sets out on a mighty adventure that takes her to Hollywood. With the help of Hollywood stars Dot wins a talent quest, and discovered by a famous director, she becomes what all Hollywood dreams are made of – a film star. Dot Goes to Hollywood (1987) is one of the three Dot movies that were televised in the US, others being Dot and Keeto (1986) and Dot and the Smugglers (1987), not to received a VHS/DVD release in the United States, especially not bootlegged copies that were marketed under public domain. Another movie, Dot and the Koala (1985), only had a VHS release in the US back in the 1980s as a DVD release only occurred in its home country.
