Edge Of Tomorrow Review

The Edge of Tomorrow is a mind blowing movie. The plot and storyline are so amazing that Tom Cruise has stuck in a time loop where if he dies, he will return to fight again and a new day starts with the exact same story. As expected from both acting and action scenes, these are amazing and pleasing to the eyes. The action-packed scenes are swift and furious; the Imitates are an irresistible force in sci-fi movies, and the beach fights are superbly represented. Tom Cruise is fantastic in the part; it's nice to watch him as an arrogant, miserable coward who blossoms into an action legend. I have to give Cruise credit for being a brilliant actor. Edge of Tomorrow is a big budget Hollywood extravaganza that isn't a sequel, re-boot, or comic book adaptation. It's nice to watch a big budget Hollywood blockbuster. This was a fantastic action sci-fi fictional film that I thoroughly loved. It's a must watch if you are an action movie Lover.

TRIVIA AND POPULAR DIALOGUES

Trivia

While filming the car chase scene which includes a minivan, Emily Blunt was instructed to drive fast and then to take a right hand turn so that the van would shake. However, Blunt missed her mark and she drove the car right into a tree. She later said that it was both hilarious and terrifying, as she almost killed Tom Cruise, who was in the passenger seat, but both of them started laughing after the incident.

Tom Cruise did all his own stunts; Doug Liman said he could make an amazing career out of it.

Doug Liman wanted to do the film because it showed a role that Tom Cruise hadn't done yet: someone very bad at what he does.

Emily Blunt said in a podcast interview in Dec. 2022 that after putting on the metal suit, she started crying because it was so heavy (it weighed 85 pounds) and that she didn't think she could perform action scenes in it for five months. Then Tom Cruise told her, "Come on. Stop being such a pussy, okay?" Emily says she laughed at that, and got it together to get the job done.

Tom Cruise admitted that Emily Blunt was an actress he wanted to work with for a long time, and he recommended her to the producers for the role of Rita.
