Three famous brothers cameo as themselves at "Siblings Anonymous". The first is Frank Stallone, who speaks about Rocky and Rambo, two major blockbuster film series that star his brother, Sylvester. The second is Roger Clinton, half-brother of former U.S. President Bill Clinton. The third is Stephen Baldwin, the youngest Baldwin brother (specifically, he has issues with the eldest and arguably most famous, Alec Baldwin).

In this movie, Vince Vaughn portrays Paul Giamatti's older brother. In reality, Vince Vaughn is three years younger than Paul Giamatti.
"Fred Claus: Santa's having some trouble getting the sled off the ground? [his mother plugs her ears] Mother Claus: [singing] Jingle bells, jingle bells..."
"Willie: You sure you wouldn't be more comfortable on bottom? Fred Claus: I don't think it's gonna make much of a difference, Willie."
