When the film was launched, Kamal Sadanah and Divya Dutta were a part of the star cast. They opted out and were replaced with Saif Ali Khan and Deepti Bhatnagar .
Rajendra Kumar had once bumped into Rahul Roy and his twin brother Rohit at a party. Rohit stands 6 feet 4 inches and is a body builder. Rajendra was really impressed with him and stated he wanted to remake the Hollywood movie Twins with the Roy brothers. Rohit would be in Arnold's role and Rahul in Danny's. The film never got made due to Rohit not wanting to act..
The film did not have a theatrical release in British Columbia,Canada.
