There are 5000 shots in the movie , where lead actor Suriya is seen as co-joined twins.
In the film , co-joined twin's body part was made up of chemicals and silicon which was imported from USA. The artificial conjoined body part was broken 3 times during shoot and about 2 million INR were spend for this alone.
The film had 1 million negative roles which is set to be a record where as an ordinary film would have only 300000 to 500000 negative roles.
A daily press spotted a picture in which co-joined twins' dress would be joined in a way that its impossible to wear by co-joined twins. Later the director K.V. Anand cleared the air that there is a scene in the film behind the making of this dress.
A 10 minutes fights scene was filmed at MGM , Chennai. It took nearly 25 days to complete the fight scene.
