The original version was planned to be dubbed in Hindi when Prabhudevaa was a rage in 1995. But when Sapnay flopped,distributors were very skeptical about releasing the Hindi version of Mr. Romeo. This was the reason the Hindi dubbed version did not release along side the original version. Infact, when the Hindi version was released it did not get a massive theatrical release as earlier planned.
The intro music of "Mil Hi Gaye" was inspired by the intro sounds of the song Ice Ice Baby by Vanilla Ice.
