Murdery Mystery 2 is an action comedy mystery film that carries forward the story of Nick and Audrey Spitz as they now travel to Europe on another vacation only to become a part of yet another messy murder investigation, which captures their entire focus. The movie's direction and cinematography is quite vibrant, as Jeremy Garelick makes sure to judiciously use the big Netflix budget. Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston deliver some exciting performances and add further to the self-referential and lighthearted humour in the plot. Further, the themes of murder, mystery, and comedy are explored in a superbly fun way that will make your weekend even brighter. Overall, Murder Mystery 2 is a solid watch made for the easy-going Netflix subscriber. This is a lighthearted comedy that has a rather intelligent murder mystery plot, which is sure to keep you hooked until the very end, much like the prequel.
