TRIVIA AND POPULAR DIALOGUES

Trivia

Lizzy Caplan replaced Isla Fisher due to Fisher's pregnancy. In September 2016, Caplan was officially announced as Fisher's full-time replacement, as Fisher won't be returning for this film.

A third Now You See Me film was announced over a year before this movie was released, and is still in development limbo, as of February 2021.

Walter Mabry (Daniel Radcliffe) says that he dabbled with magic while he was at school. Radcliffe, of course, played Harry Potter in all eight films, where he used magic.

In the first movie, J. Daniel Atlas had long brown hair. In this movie, Atlas has very short brown hair, due to Jesse Eisenberg's participation in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016), where at the end of the movie, Lex Luthor's hair is shaved off, to be completely bald, when he is sent to prison.

When Dylan (Mark Ruffalo) enters Thaddeus' (Morgan Freeman's) jail cell, music can be heard in the background. Fitting the film's overall revenge and vendettas themes, the song is "Der Hölle Rache kocht in meinem Herzen" (The Revenge of Hell Boils in My Heart), from Mozart's opera The Magic Flute.

Popular Dialogues

"J. Daniel Atlas: We are going out with a show people will never forget."

"Thaddeus Bradley: Are you listening, horsemen? You will get what's coming to you. In ways you can't expect."
