The gripping and sinister live-action series "Peacemaker" exposes the dark and perilous psyche of Christopher Smith, a violent zealot who thinks that using murder to bring about peace. His murderous rampage is followed throughout the series as he goes to great lengths to realise his perverted idea of peace. Christopher Smith is compellingly portrayed by John Cena, who brings to life the character's evil and misguided views with unsettling sincerity. The supporting cast is also outstanding, with Steve Agee and Danielle Brooks turning in notable performances. The action scenes in the programme are intense and expertly handled, while the narrative is compelling and thought-provoking. Although it may be too much for some viewers, the series does not downplay the extreme violence and gore that comes with the subject matter. The "Peacemaker" series is a masterfully constructed and compelling one that will keep viewers on the edge of their seats throughout. Fans of suspenseful, dark dramas must watch it.
