Final performance of John Fiedler as the voice of Piglet - a role which he had performed continuously for 37 years beginning with Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day (1968). Because Fiedler passed away before completing his voice work, Travis Oates was brought in to record the remaining lines receives credit for "additional voices". Coincidentally, his death was only 1 day after the death of Paul Winchell, the original voice of Tigger, who retired 6 years beforehand.
Originally Pooh and Tigger's lines in the Boo to You Too! Winnie the Pooh (1996) segment was that they were talking about Heffalumps and Woozles and Jagulars. But due to the fact Lumpy is a new character and is a heffalump, Jim Cummings had to dub Pooh and Tigger's lines to change it from heffalumps into Spookables so it could sound very different than before.
This was the last Winnie the Pooh production to feature an original voice actor, namely John Fiedler as Piglet.
Last Winnie the Pooh film to be released on VHS.
Interestingly, this film was released only seven months after Pooh's Heffalump Movie (2005) came out.
"Lumpy: I want to go home. Roo: What if we leave now... Roo: You will miss out how great Halloween is."
"Tigger: We've gotta catch the Gabloon!"
