A headline in the opening credits reads 'Local Sleuth Hired to Find Rocker's Famed Guitar.' Later, Rock Slyde (Patrick Warburton) bumps into his former client who complains Slyde didn't find the guitar. This is Jerry Cantrell of Alice in Chains. In 2001 a guitar given to him by Eddie Van Halen was stolen. In 2018 two fans tracked down the guitar, retrieved it, and returned it to Cantrell.
