Run Baby Run is a Tamil thriller film that follows Sathya, an upper-middle-class bank employee, who finds himself in an extraordinary situation when he discovers a woman hiding under the back seat of his car. Reluctantly agreeing to help the woman, Sathya finds himself embroiled in a dangerous situation, and his life takes an unexpected turn. The film's first half is well-crafted, with the director successfully creating a warm mood. The writing is neat, and the screenplay is intriguing and evocative. Balaji's performance as Sathya is great, although it could have been more polished. Aishwarya Rajesh's cameo is also noteworthy. However, the film's second half fails to maintain the same level of excitement and suspense. The character's transformation into a hero is unconvincing, and the investigation scenes lack suspense. The big reveal in the end also fails to deliver the expected impact. Overall, Run Baby Run is a decent thriller that keeps the audience engaged in the first half but falls short in the second half.
