TRIVIA AND POPULAR DIALOGUES

Trivia

Ryan O'Neal started work on his picture Partners (1982) just two days after completing principal photography on this one.

A Warner Bros. press release reported that Gail Robinson of Denver, Colorado won an American 'So Fine' search to find ''the girl who best suited a pair of 'So Fine' jeans.'' The competition's prize was the opportunity to appear in a Warner Bros. film or television production but Robinson didn't appear in the credits for 'So Fine' (1981).

After this movie, writer-director Andrew Bergman did not direct another feature film until The Freshman (1990), an interval of about eight to nine years.

The model in the poster is Toni Mooney, who at the time was the girlfriend of notorious cocaine smuggler Jon Roberts.

The movie was memorable for its cheeky signature costume gimmick: skin-tight designer jeans with double plastic-bubble see through behinds, one on each buttock.

Popular Dialogues
