Five college friends embark on one last adventure before starting their real lives, choosing to explore a remote underwater cave system in Thailand known as The Devil's Mouth. Their excitement quickly turns to terror when they become trapped in the submerged labyrinth and discover they are not alone. A dangerous and bloodthirsty bull shark begins to hunt them one by one.
