IMDbThe Game Changers is a great eye opening documentary which showcases the importance of food that we eat and the facts most of us never knew about things we do or care about. It is about challenging conventional 'wisdom' about protein. Many people think that by having dairy products, meat, eggs and other animal based products is the only means by which we can ingest protein. Those people's mentality will definitely change after watching this movie. You get to learn so many things while watching the documentary. One of them being - Malnutrition doesn't come from eating plants, it comes from eating animals. It features various inspirational athletes who were on vegan diets and the way they performed was incredible. Indeed, it's a great entertaining and informative movie. Overall, it's a documentary with commendable objectives and would give you so many reality checks. Definitely a worthwhile experience.Â
