TRIVIA AND POPULAR DIALOGUES

Trivia

The actor who appears at the party scene claiming to be the father of Chris Penn is Leo Penn, his real father.

According to Lea Thompson, she had a nude scene that was cut out of the final print. According to her, it was "too sexy" for the film.

In the scene where Tommy jumps out of the window the music score by Eddie Van Halen is the exact recording of the music used in Back To The Future when Marty puts the cassette in the Walkman to wake up George McFly.

The soundtrack was composed and recorded by Eddie Van Halen. Only two future Van Halen songs ever came from the music in the movie. One is "Good Enough" from 1986's release - 5150. The other, "Blood And Fire", didn't appear until 2012's "A Different Kind a Of Truth" album.

Three members of the cast (Chris Penn, Eric Stoltz, and Michael Bowen) later became members of Quentin Tarantino's stock company.
