Dont buy this product from flipkart. Customer serverice is worst, useless and they will talk baseless. Power card is not working Properly. Most of the time scanning is not working properly, Totally useless product. Here after i will never buy anything from flipkart. uselesssssssssssssssssssssssss................ P
Very early to comment, used only for a week, speed of printout is good and equal to laser printer though it is a ink tank, not able to connect to my laptop through wifi, but my mobile is connecting, scanning is little slow, printer occupies very less space, also the quality of build is decent. Comparing to the price and features offered, this one is excellent. 50,000 pages warranty is appreciable feature. Cost 12 paise per page is very good deal. Easy filling of ink tank in 2 mins. Paper jam can be easily rectified without more manual interference. Negative remarks: 1. Duplex printing is not available. 2. Touchscreen is not available. 3. Also typing a password is little hectic in this printer. 4. Input tray only occupy around 50 pages.
Plz don't buy large appliance in flipkart. They are not ready to accept return even if the parcel is not opened. I purchased this printer as a color printer. On receiving only noticed it is a monochrome printer. So I initiated return with in a minute of receiving. They refused as it is my mistake. There is no photos showing monochrome print in description. My purpose is to print out color Photos. Now i have to print monochrome photos, bcz i bought it in Flipkart.. Retail shopping is much much better. I purchased many things in flipkart. Really it hurts as a customer, who purchased it online in view of saving few rupees and ends in loosing money in non needed product. Thank you flipkart. Keep your policy. Not your customers. Policys made for customers.
Printing speed is only 10-12 pages per minute maximum... Scanner speed is very slow...
excellent product, using Gati for delivery was a bad idea by flipkart, Gati is good but staff is too slow
