A great phone for places where battery charging is a problem

Camera is fairly horrible (as in most Chinese phones). Doesnt even seem to be .3 Megapixels. The image viewer is again horrible. It cannot view a 110 kb jpg image (transferred from another phone into this one by bluetooth) - goes out of memory. Internet has improved over my previous Chinese phone. Setup was a breeze - Vodafone as well as Uninor automatically sent me settings, which installed perfectly on my phone. The out of memory error in internet browser (seen a lot in previous Chinese phones) is much reduced. I can open some pages of facebook; some give error. When I go to gmail, I get to see little boxes instead of english, indicating some Chinese language setting. The Phonebook is much much better than my previous Chinese phone. The feature of number popup when you select a name in phonebook is great. Even better is when you type a portion of a phone number, it immediately displays matching contacts, from which you can select one. The phonebook (as well as sms) can be backed up (and restored too!!) now. The format is incompatible with vcf files, but that is not too big a deal. At least you can copy your phonebook and have it safe in case you loose your phone. The battery life is actually great. 5+ days with both sims active, a bit of music playing, and reasonable amount of talking. You should not try to use its charger on other phones; might damage them. You should also not charge this phone with other phones charger. Other chargers might not charge this phone battery completely. Physically, the phone is sturdy. It fell from a significant height (about 5 feet) the very day I purchased it, split into 3 pieces (battery cover, battery and phone). I put it back together and it worked perfectly. And not a scratch to show the fall. The screen is liable to take scratches quickly. You should get the screen laminated. No USB cable was supplied with my phone. I tried a USB cable from a friends phone. It just started charging. The computer did not detect the phone AT ALL. No file-browser, nothing. And finally, I still miss a notes application, in which I can type long notes.
