Nice product from a reputed brand. In 2 boxes you get the ac indoor and outdoor units along with the standard length pipes of high quality. My 4stars are only for the product. For the first time I got flipkart product without flipkart package, expected it for a costly product. The Hitachi box was bit damaged. And I didn't expect it with old R22 refrigerant. Flipkart mentioned R-410a. Also I couldn't understand what was free service (offer when I bought) . They charged around 2000 for the out door unit stand, wrapping cloth and extending pipes, of 2-3 meters. May be only the drilling was free. So if you wanna buy, extend your budget (4k more) for the outdoor unit stand, a stabiliser and extra pipes if needed for a long room. Hope this helps :)

Worst experience... First the installation guy, second the product came with a broken remote, thirdly after three days some strange noise started coming from IDU... Booked a complaint now and waiting for the service team... If possible please take back my AC, I'm totally disappointed with it...
Wrong information about the product on this site. It uses regular refrigerant (R22) and not the better variant (R 410 A) mentioned in the spec. No proper response from Flipkart. There is no mention of this on the box, it's only seen when you are actually installing the item and since the installation process has already started, no chance of returns. Too much hassle. Even after reporting the error no change has been made nor is the Flipkart customer service looking at remedy option. I bought 2 of these.
