Along with the laptop an active stylus has to be there but when I opened it at home it was not there and I had to buy the stylus separately
Flipcart is cheated everyone so don't buy in Flipcart.worst product
Seller is bluffing. Product image as well as description bit show that the product contains HP active stylus pen. But after I received the product there is no pen inside. Otherwise, laptop is supposed to be decent but pricy. Moreover, Flipkart service is so bad that after several attempts I couldn't even speak to a customer care executive.
There is NO active stylus in the package, it is so disappointing, even the HP website says in comes with stylus, blatant lie, moreover very sliw system and makes fan noise
Laptop is good light weight and handy when you need to carry around. No issues with using laptop so far, light weight. 360 degree foldabe laptop so no worry if you kids pulling screen on other side. Packaging was good. As per product info active pen is included however it wasn't sent with laptop. Windows 10 Home version. No Office subscription, trial version is pre installed. No HP laptop bag included. HP has included active stylus with this touchscreen laptop then why it is not included in delivery? Need to order again for stylus as I needed stylus for touchscreen laptop. Well the products with stylus is been shown, however not included in delivery, this is misselling. Flipkart did respond with email and call. Call to customer support is busy most of the time.
