Bang & Olufsen speakers. Did the makers even hear the sound before putting these into production? I mean c'mon, my Moto X sounds better than these shitty speakers. If you have even room fan on, and try to listen to a Youtube video, you can't understand anything because of low volume.nn2. Windows 10 kills all the fun and pride of top notch specs. It takes at least 5 whole mins from power on to login and actual usable startup of system. Even if you're past login, it takes a while for all features(something as trivial as searching & launching an app from start menu) or any app to launch despite 12 GB RAM & a quad core i7 (Other variant) nn3. If you're a gamer or use CPU intensive apps, beware that if you observe over heating of system, do not ignore it. I had to replace my laptop under warranty because the bezel would pop out when the laptop got heated due to gaming. HP service was willing to only fix the bezel but I persuaded them to replace the whole unit.nn4. Fingerprint sensor sometimes acts weird. It either won't function at all or Windows makes you login using password despite showing recognition of fingerprint. I think this is more of a software bug.nn5. Avoid windows 10 updates. It just slowed my laptop further.nn6. Looks like Macbook ripoff. This laptop looks almost like a Macbook from a short distance. Some might think of this as an advantage. But I think it makes me look like I'm trying to ripoff when in reality the specs are far better than a Macbook Air :P

Why is it written i5 on product description and i7 on product specifications?nAnd why is RetailNet not on the list of Authorised Online Seller list on HP website??
