HP loaded the laptop with their own softwares that hampered the startup and hinged the PC. Noted the oem key and hen reinstalled win10 with downloaded image. Further upon activation with oem key, the machine is working fine. Fanless, low power silent laptop with smooth windows experience.
Very poor quality. Right from first month, I have to do a firefighting with this laptop. Keyboard issues, display issues. Pathetic.
