You need to be an expert to upgrade the RAM , since the bottom of laptop does not have separate access window to empty RAM slot on the motherboard. You need to do complete disassembly of laptop or visit the service center. Spec wise the laptop is a big shot for the price..
Got the delivery before the assigned date... Overall its a really good laptop... Very less heating issues and battery drainage.. Played Fallout 4 on it in high settings..very less heating.. Keyboard is not backlit however, but overall the performance is really to the mark.
The laptop has good enough specs for a decent price however it doesn't have a backlit keyboard as described. Better to go for Dell inspiron 5000 series which has better specs and backlit keyboard for nominal increase in price.
Recently bought this laptop. Awesome configuration and looks. Nice delivery as usual. At this price range very hard to get Full HD. But please be aware specification above are misleading as this laptop don't have BACKLIT KEYBOARD. At this price range one cannot expect bth backlit and Full HD. Didn't find value for money. NO BACKLIT KEYBOARD.
