After doing a research for over a month related with specification, future upgradation and price i have choosen this model.... Best laptop as compared to rest of the available laptop in this range. Light weight to carry , high resolution display with 4gb dedicated graphics card although 4gb RAM is slight a issue of talk with this laptop may be it was just the price cutting strategy of HP but it can be added further if needed. Now it's over a month I'm using this laptop with no regrets.
Service from Flipkart was very good. received the product in good condition-delivery was earlier than promised-but. Laptop was extremely slow. Not usable at all. On checking found out that 4GB GPU was not listed in graphic memory (It was about 2GB of shared RAM memmory from RAM) Updated all drivers, still issue remained. And then horrifying experience started. Contacted HP online support. First day kept on waiting with no support. Second day (Tuesday 12th September) one service technician was assigned. Explained multiple times the issue with slowness & also explained abut the dedicated 4GB GPU (nVIDIA 940MX). But he could not understand anything. Then finally, he agreed to take remote. He had shown me 4 GB RAM on my computer and tried to convince me that it is Graphics card & asked me is there anything else he can assist me with! Then I have lost patience, shown him how to check graphic memory, explained him about shared memory from RAM & requsted to transfer the call to some one capable. he requested one more chance Then happened some which I could never imagine with a street side vendor also. He went to system settings, disabled every service and exited me. I have screen shot, recording of entire events.
