Writing this review after a month , best laptop , working fine, no such issues til now Ok so gaming 1.GTA 5 works fine in medium setting 2.Far cry works great at high setting 3.battle field works great at high setting 4.Call of duty AW works but in medium setting 5.Rainbow 6, max Payne 3, NFS E3,Ghost recon Works great in high setting

Bought this laptop yesterday and installed Windows 10 Pro with Creators Update. The laptop runs very smooth and I am facing no heating issue whatsoever, except while charging and running at the same time and playing heavy games. Many people think that it has R5 graphics and many think it has R7 M340 instead of R7 M440, but this laptop has both. It has an integrated R5 Series Graphics and dedicated R7 M440 graphics which is nothing more than the remake of the R7 M340. You have to install drivers to make them work properly. I had to install loads of drivers for the adapters. You can just update them from Display Adapters option in the Device Manager. But remember, you have to update two drivers for the adapters to get it working.When I installed Windows 10, the driver for the WiFi adapter was missing and I could not find it on the Device Manager. Had to do a lot research and finally got it from Realtek. But it turned out that HP already provides such drivers so you can download the drivers from there. But for the graphics, I would suggest to update from Device Manager. The PROs and CONs of this laptop are- PROs AMD A10 Processor with Clock Speed of 2.4ghz and Burst Speed of 3.3ghz which makes it more powerful than an Intel i5 Processor. AMD Crossfire Graphics (I mean dual graphics) greatly facilitates gaming. Supports all high end games but you just get a little low FPS. CONs The laptop comes with FreeDOS 2.0 which has no use at all. I had to install Windows 10 and it took very long time to install, but overall the laptop has been running tho OS smoothly (with the Creators Update which I installed today). The battery of the laptop with a relatively high specification has a little low backup. Though, this is the problem of every laptop, but this one drains a little quick (I had set the settings to Performance Mode....Not sure about the backup if its set to Balanced or Power Saver Mode). But believe me, you wont have any problem if you care less about the battery. And regarding the delivery, I was surprised as it was supposed to reach me in 15 days (23th April) but reached in only 4 days (12th April). Thanks Flipkart Team for the early delivery. *IMPORTANT NOTE - When you start your laptop for the first time, make sure that the power adapter is plugged in or it won't start. I went completely mad when it did not start and thought of returning it. But the HP Manual had this life saving note written at the corner with tiny letters. -IMPORTANT NOTE* If you're going to buy a budget laptop under 30K, I would strongly recommend you to go for this. Its also perfect for Not-A-Hardcore Gamer.

I bought this Laptop 3 days ago and works really good for me.The only issue is with the battery that drains out quickly(I guess that's the problem with any Laptop). Only odd thing is maybe due to inbuilt graphic card, the laptop gets heated when you play some game that involves graphics(happened to me with GTA 5). Even the battery gets a bit heated during Charge(however can be dealt with using softwares that control charging scenario). Overall it's a good buy when you are getting it below 30k just as I did.Please don't forget to register at HP website for warranty and yes, you need to load your own OS. With custom bios by HP you cannot make this PC dual boot as I tried to install Linux and windows in different partitions but it boots to one despite of grub.By the way they also gave a HP backpack along with this.

This is SHAIK BRAHMAJI SHA . I searched for this laptop in all top Indian online shopping sites and found flipkart is giving at best price. So I bought HP BA021AX in flipkart. If you are able to install Operating system like Windows 8.1 or windows 10 buy this laptop without hesitation because this is coming with DOS. This is only useful to install OS. If you can’t install os you have to consult computer shop service personnel to install the OS. They will charge. If you OK to above thing then go for it. I have been using this laptop for past 10 days. Pros 1. MRP is 35379 rupees. Flipkart is giving at 29990 so you save 5389 rupees. If you buy in shop they will charge full price and card swiping charge extra that is 2%.. 2. Flipkart is giving with laptop bag..That is sturdy and stylish. 3. 1Tb hard disk 4. Amd processor A10 , 7th generation that greater than i3 and less than i7 processor. . i3 processor cpu clock speed is 2.3 GHz. But A10, 7th generation speed is 2.4 GHZ but burst clock speed is 3.3 GHz..i3 processor laptop price comes at least 1000 rupees plus to this computer. AMD processor are far better than intel processors in price range and speed. 5. 2gb graphic card gives you amazing gaming experience. So if you are a game monger go for it without delay. 6. This laptop has HDMA port. With this you can connect to LCD or LED or HD monitor and view content on those gargets. 7. Hp BA021AX has two 2.0 usb ports and one 3.0 usb port..3.0 usb port transfer the content at 10x faster speed. Very useful to movie copying and large file transfer. 8. It has j45 port .It is useful to connect directly to fiber lines or wired networks. 9. You can adjust power saving options.. sometimes it gives 7 hrs back up .if you want to high performance you can opt high performance. 10. Multi card reader is there 11. DVD read and writer is there to do multi tasking. You can burn cd/ dvds in that at amazing speed. 12. Optical drive is reading even scratched dvds..with this option I am so happy.. Cons 1. Hp has to improve screen clarity. 2. Dos gives problems to install OS..You can’t do anything before windows installation. 3. Ram size is only 4gb..you can upgrade up to 16 gb.. 4. Warranty shows only 6months from purchase. You have to contact hp and upload invoice to get full one year warranty. This is difficult to normal people.. 5. Lack of backlit keyboard very difficult at nights to type special characters and passwords correctly. 6. HP should improve battery ..

i am only writing the problems of this laptop... touch pad- my laptop's touch pad does not work properly...i don't know is it the same problem with others. battery-very bad. backup is only 2hr. heating issue- heat up while using it plugged in. warranty issue- its my main problem now.my laptop is just 1week old but in HP support assistant its showing only 7 months remaining instead of 12 months. i called hp customer care couple of times but they did not solve the issue yet...i would not call them again(disappointed). **best of luck** **i hope my review will help you**
