I received the product with broken seal, I got message for delivery in early morning as 'out for delivery' and received the product in evening although my address was at just walk distance away from flipkart office. I do understand as there will be more parcels but I didnt take that time in my order history. I strongly feel there is something happened in between I got the laptop with broken seal. Immediately I had declined the product, If I had accepted then we all know the pain to return or replace it as this is electronic product. I strongly recommend to flipkart that you should look into this and investigate what is happening in back. From this issue, obviously there is question of trust and integrity while buying costly products from flipkart.

Good deal. nAbout Vendor+Packing+Delivery:nDelivered on scheduled day, Packing by EKart was reasonably Okay, albeit acceptable (wear & tear) minor damage to box were covered through tapes were visible, good if this could be taken care of. nnHP Laptop pack inside was sealed pack, safe, with No scratches on cover. nOperating system:nThis is a DOS model. I tried installing Win7 first, but USB Ports were not getting detected, (Took drivers not only from HP but from Microsoft website, but no success), presuming other issues could crop up later, installed Win10 successfuly. Perhaps, machine is configured for Win10. I'm not sure on this as I'm not tech savvy, and possibly Win7 could have been installed well, but i gave up with wish not to waste time further. nAbout Machine:nProsnUsing it for over 15+days, with OS Win10 and MS-Office 2010, it is works just fabulously. nAll drivers, Bluetooth, USB ports, WI-FI, CD/DVD writer (not burned and tested), HP HD Camera (Web Camera quality is not well upto mark albeit they claim it to be HD), all working well. Speakers with DTS Sound system is also good. nBooting time on startup (Less than a minutes, and at time of shut down less than 10 seconds). On Full Battery charge, it shows life of about 6 hours and with multi-tasking (not games) average battery life is over 4.5 to 5 hours of battery life. No heating issues. nI use mostly (not for Games) MS Office Applications, web surfing, and couple of other software for my work which does not require higher Graphics card. Not keen on playing Games, so no idea about it, but I trust, integrated Intel HD graphics 520 would be sufficient for normal game usage also. nPicture quality is good. Transfer Speed across partition (I use DOS command for backup of my vital data) and from Pendrive is good too.nNot Noisy, Fan's noise is not audible. nI'm okay with i3+1TB storage+4GB DDR4 RAM (can install extra 4GB RAM) for my requirements. nConsnOverall, Machine does not look meant for Rough & tough usage, Not sturdy build, and would require delicate usage (possibly due to larger screen size). nKeyboard is smooth and responsive, so is d case with Mouse touch pad but mouse pad is little hard. nView:nAbsolutely awesome, terrific configuration, & value for money (Suggest to install Win10). Beware of wrong reviews, know technical issues, first.nIf user is well aware about his moderate work usage/requirement, this is one of the BEST machine.

6th Gen, WOW

i received it in rs 27990/-. and it good nice performance. now rate is slightly high. but 6th gen i3 processor is good but not so good.

Can anyone plzzz tell me which graphics driver is needed in this laptop I am using Windows10 Faced lots of problem regarding graphics while playing a simple game NFS most wanted.. Help me plzzz
