I received the laptop just 1 day ago and it worked properly just for that day...the very next day it is stucked at booting and screen is not even turning on....I tried as many times as possible but it havent work....hate this!
The product is very good based on its configuration. Thanks to HP for providing such a good configuration. Sound and Display are perfect and the design is slim with metallic finish. The battery may not give much backup as its only 3 cells. Everything else is impressive. Very disappointed with the service from Flipkart. The packing was so poor and only because of god's grace the product reached me after two long weeks of waiting.. Special thanks to the crew who worked in background for shipping as they were handling such a poor packing without any Damage..
