I have been using this laptop for a little more than 3 months now and for the sum I have paid, I am satisfied with what it. I use it mostly for coding and web browsing, on that front it caters to my need perfectly. However, if your purpose is different from mine and you are more into doing processor intensive activities such as hours of gaming, video editing etc then I would recommend you to look elsewhere. As for the specifications, it delivered exactly what is written, starting from the processor model to the USB Port. I have read a few comments previously which says otherwise, but for me at least it wasn't the case. I do have to mention a couple of drawbacks about this laptop, 1. First is the build quality which is seriously fragile, I think the material used is some kind of plastic. Another thing which I found pretty annoying first up (though I have got used to it now) is the keyboard structure. The keyboard is kind of a deep embedded one which makes it very difficult for me at least to get a keyboard cover over it, but as for typing there is no issue at all (though I use external keyboard mostly) 2. Second is the Operating system. You just have to install Windows 10 first up and simply cannot install say Windows 7 standalone (at least I didn't find any way after days of effort). Also the fact the HP provides driver support for only Windows 10 in this model means you have to install Windows 10 anyway otherwise you wont be able to install the Wireless drivers (which means no Wi-Fi) and other drivers such as sound and graphics. However, you can install other operating system on top of Windows 10 in a dual (or more) boot structure. Last but not the least, is the packaging Flipkart did while sending the laptop to me. It was just awesome. I was pretty tensed during the 2 days it took to get delivered about whether it would reach in one piece, but kudos to the brilliant packaging it was delivered without a scratch. They had filled that box with air pouches and thermocols were there for support! So overall, I am fairly satisfied. But I believe you should do your due diligence before buying your laptop instead of just listening to someone else. Because everyone has a different need. I actually did intensive research for almost a month when I bought my laptop, compared all the models in my price range and the specification I needed (according to my purpose) in a spreadsheet (I know it sounds crazy but when you are spending your hard earned 30K, you got to do that much, at least I need to do that) and this one came out on top and hence I bought it. #The product is good enough I thought of giving rating 5.0 but there was a minor DVD drive ejecting problem . #The camera is not very bad but that was not a problem for me. #booting is fast enough.
Just coz of dos am giving it 4 star othrwise it deserves 5 star. . . good product under 32k. . .
Product is very good. Delivery is actually 4days only but it delivers to home about 12 days.
